Public Dialogue
Today's media environment is more crowded, more contentious and more complex than ever.

Opinions are no longer shaped by a singular authoritative pronouncement delivered by leading news outlets. The public dialogue now occurs through multiple channels and in multiple directions. Opinions are shaped as consumers reach out to sources they deem credible and receive information from those sources able to break through the noise with an articulate, trustworthy message.

Our Public Dialogue practice specializes in helping leaders navigate the intersection of business, government and media by helping shape and articulate the message, determine the most effective channels and then strategically deliver your message and create influential conversations with the stakeholders most important for your dialogue. This specialty group is supported by an integrated approach involving research, strategic media services, social media engagement and executive visibility.

Research
Effective research ensures an informed strategy and a successful outcome. It is an essential component of every Crosswind Communications initiative and our clients benefit from the certainty of the path upon which we embark.

We provide clients with media and business analysis, tailored solutions for qualitative and quantitative research, social media analysis, competitive intelligence and primary or secondary research to inform strategic counsel and communications assessment and planning.
Financial Communication
Financial Communications practice specializes in guiding public and private companies through their most sophisticated transactions while creating shareholder value through effective communications strategies. We serve both public and private, managing mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, corporate governance, financial relations and employee communications.
Corporate Reputation Management
From wide ranging questions of financial stability and ethical propriety to the contentious media and regulatory environment, today’s business climate can work against an organization that desires to establish or preserve a long-lasting reputation.

Crosswind’s Reputation Management services provide comprehensive support to help your organization achieve the enduring reputation it seeks to build and maintain. We rely upon research to guide our path and build a solid reputational foundation through authentic stakeholder dialogue and effective executive and corporate positioning. But when crisis strikes or your reputation is threatened, our team is poised for action.

When engaged, our team monitors your emerging reputational threats, assessing their risk and providing appropriate response to ensure your reputation is protected. Working in concert with each of our practice groups, including our Social Media and Public Dialogue practices, we establish an authentic and ongoing dialogue with those stakeholders most important to your organization – employees, regulatory agencies, shareholders and clients. We also see the challenges you may face as a very tangible opportunity to reiterate or redefine your story in a more compelling manner, seeking to further elevate the ongoing dialogue you are having with your stakeholders to a more purposeful conversation. Through this process, we enhance your standing and build the enduring reputation you desire.
