Cassie Ladd builds relationships between clients, media and audiences. Her experience includes health care, pharmaceuticals, small business start-ups, and luxury consumer products doing traditional PR, media relations, media audits, social and digital media, lead generation/nurturing, event planning and whatever else the situations require. All are managed with a sharp eye for detail while not losing sight of the big picture. Whatever the task, her passion is achieving the relationship goals of her clients in the most effective and appropriate methods.
While working at Datatrial Inc., a clinical CRO in Raleigh, NC and Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, Cassie worked to rebrand the company and build an entirely new Web site with multiple communication capabilities. She created and ran a lead nurturing campaign which managed to triple its direct e-mail click through rate. And, she planned and orchestrated three successful trade shows.
At George Public Relations, Cassie executed campaigns with consistent placement in national media. She handled relationships with editors and clients with finesse and practices the art of telling the story so it speaks for itself and providing back up as needed. Work at George PR earned gained placement in Lucky, ELLE, Shape, GenLux, Instyle and many others. She also worked to support many local clients with regional exposure, social media and local events.
At Incite! PR in Deep Ellum Dallas, she was immersed in social and digital media, SEO, and optimized press release writing. She has experience with Drupal and Word Press content management systems and a few others and can write and design using HTML code.
For Abilene Regional Medical Center she created outpatient scheduling guides, endearing physicians’ office personnel to the hospital. At ARMC Cassie fell in love with media relations and oversaw media personnel presence through filming and interviews.
Cassie volunteers for Austin’s Girls On The Run and is a member of the Austin Swing Syndicate, an Austin cultural organization.
